The owners of the hotel were very friendly and polite. The location was fantastic, staying in the centre of seville, we didnt have to catch a bus to get to the city. The hotel was clean, pleasant and comfortable.

my recent stay in seville was amazing! the property's location was ideal, close to the center and the train station. the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. the room and bathroom were spotless, and the small balcony offered a nice view of the street. exceeded expectations!
shower wasn't working.

Small hostel run by a super friendly family who are eager to please despite the language barrier. Nothing is too much trouble. They offered excellent support during the recent airline shut down caused by the volcanic ash. The testiment to this was that two German ladies returned to the hotel which they had left 6 nights before to seek accomodation after they were told their flight was not going ahead when they were already sat on the aeroplane.

The hotel did not have many positive attributes. The location was nice--across the street from the bus station and you could walk to everything in the surrounding city.
The hotel was very small, from the entrance, to the rooms, the restroom, and even the bed--everything was cramped. The front desk was not very helpful and spoke only Spanish. It was very hot, but they charged an extra 5 euros a day if you wanted air conditioning. It was very noisy outside the window at all times. They are many places to stay in Sevilla, this is not one of the good ones.

I really liked the room with its own bathroom and the design was attractive.

Good location (park at Parking Plaza de Armas, show your card at the hotel and get a little discount on the parking fee, this is €22,- a day), proper clean room, very nice and helpfull family, internet at the computer in the hall for a very low price. No breakfast, but no worries, a lot of nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
We had a room at the back with a window without direct sunlight, but this was ok (van in the room and airco available). The rooms with streetview are much smaller. Life in Sevilla is @ the street... so you only have to sleep in the hotel.

Good family run traditional pension. Frendly owners who you could trust who were helpful even with the language barrier. Rooms small and basic but very clean. Good location for exploring the old city. Most places of interest in walking distance.
No tea or coffee making facilities but plenty of cafes just around the corner.

The hotel's traditional Andalusian townhouse with its beautiful interior tiled patio created a charming and authentic atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. As a senior woman, I especially appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy navigation and no stairs to climb.
It would have been even better if the children working there had provided more assistance specifically geared towards senior guests.

the only good thing about this "hotel" was the central position (10 min walk from all turistic sites and also close to night life)
the room was really small, there wasn't even enough space to put 2 hand-baggages on the floor (of course no table and no chair). the heating was not inlcuded in the price and the temperature in the room was lower than outside (

Very friendly elderly owners. Location good for sightseeing
Noisy street, even at night with noisy cars and waste lorries at night. Very hot room even with ceiling fan. Toilet outside the room and they wanted £5 per day for air con! Room was on third floor, lots of narrow stairs !!

This Pension was cheap and very clean, close to all the sights and the bus station. We had a group of five and were able to book a triple and double without a problem. The doubles have bathrooms outside the room but are not communal and can only get into them with a key. Family run and good place for people who want an affordable option near the center city. Highly recommend.
